Each time our websites are accessed, technical access data are stored in server log files. This includes browser type and version, operating system, the previously visited page (referrer), the subpages accessed, date and time of access, IP address, the internet service provider, as well as comparable information for the purposes of averting danger. In order to be able to use our offers beyond the entry page, it is necessary to provide your date of birth. The age verification serves the protection of minors and is intended to make it more difficult for minors to access spirits advertising and to purchase alcoholic beverages.

The information is transmitted via a proxy of our shop system to our content platform on Microsoft Azure in Frankfurt am Main, processed there on the server side, checked by a bot detection system (see section 11) and then passed on to our CRM system Klaviyo. In the European Union, the date of birth is not stored in a cookie on your end device.

Storage period: 90 days

There is no decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significant effects (Art. 22 GDPR). You may object at any time to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, including any related profiling.

8.4 Withdrawal, unsubscribe and suppression notice

You may withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link, via our consent management tool or by notifying us. Following a withdrawal or objection to advertising, we will no longer use your data for advertising purposes. In order to be able to take permanent account of your objection, we store minimal suppression information, even if your other data are deleted. We retain evidence of your consent and withdrawal insofar as this is necessary for the fulfilment of our obligations to provide evidence.
